I found the most amazing pet clinic on Airline Drive at the 610 Loop never even knew it was there. The people are amazing. The vet was amazing. I was so very pleased. They took great care of my baby girl Lily. I will definitely recommend this place for anybody and it was very inexpensive. I will definitely go back with my other pets. Thank you, Riverflow.

The front office ladies are incompetent and don’t know how to do their jobs. Went for a dental estimate and they didn’t mention it would cost $120 for blood work that is required until I showed up on appointment day. So day of dental cleaning I now have to pay double. I ask the front desk lady to send me the test results and they send a file with missing results info and blame it on me. Saying they sent it correctly and it is probably my email that is not working correctly but apparently they don’t even know what is on the paper because it clearly has a column with results and they are all blank. I have to explain to them for 10 minutes that the file is not showing up correctly and it’s like explaining to little kids because they still didn’t understand. So the front office girls don’t even know what they’re doing. If they have staff like this, they can’t do the basic functions of their work and hide costs from you then how would I feel about taking my pet here for medical care? Never again will I return. if you can’t hire staff to do the job correctly then why would I think the veterinarian can do their job correctly, and even if the veterinarian does their job correctly, maybe their staff will mess something up again. I don’t trust this place and their staff in doing a great job. Do you want the bare minimum care and possibly them missing some things up then go ahead.

Amazing team, so caring and gentle with my puppy that had parvo. She is feeling so much better after 3 days of treatment, thanks to this amazing team! Also, super affordable compared to other places. Would recommend 10/10!!

They are always so friendly and explain every HR big really well. We had our Great Dane neutered here and they didn’t try to charge us an arm and a leg. Highly recommended!
