The service at this clinic is excellent. We have five cats and a dog, and the care they receive is truly outstanding. Natalie, the dog groomer, has so much patience and kindness with my rescue dog, which means the world to us. Mary, the office manager, has also played a very special role in our lives — she has helped place most of our cats with us, and we love every one of them. This clinic feels like family.

Best vet I’ve found in the Houston area (Greenway / River Oaks). Dr Helen Hansen is awesome! She listens to you with a smile and lots of patience (when it’s your pet being unwell, we tend to over-explain :-)). She’s very sweet with pets, explains carefully and in detail what’s been done that day, what to expect, next steps… I would recommend her to anyone looking a great professional

We’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences at this vet clinic. Everyone we’ve ever dealt with has been kind, compassionate, and never rushed. We even adopted a cat through them who wasn’t the right fit for the El Gato Cat Café (which they work closely with), but she turned out to be the perfect fit for us! Thanks to her exposure to so many cats in a vet setting, she’s amazing with our other pets. The communication here is always clear and caring, the desk staff are prompt and easygoing, and scheduling an appointment has never been a hassle. We feel confident in the way our fur babies are handled and cared for every visit. A big shoutout to Dr. Gallagher, Mary the office manager, and all the wonderful techs at Richmond—you’re doing such great work, and we’re so grateful!

I have always taken my Doberman here until we had to put him down. It was a heartbreaking experience but the staff was so kind and made us comfortable. Now we have a new kitten. The staff is as equally friendly with felines too. There’s no other place that I would take my animals.
