Big shout out for the neighborhood vet center. Right on time. Straight to the exam room. Our tech, Faith, handled prep and post exam and was great explaining everything. Dr. Howard did exam and explained shots, results, and treatments. Great experience! Recommend to family, friends and neighbors.

Keep in mind it’s Tuesday. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. I called multiple times yesterday and again today regarding my pet, and no one answered the phone or returned my calls. What’s even more frustrating is that the business signage clearly indicates that they are open during these hours, yet there was no response and the office appeared to be closed. When it comes to veterinary care, timely communication is important—especially when pet owners may be dealing with urgent concerns. If the office is closed, updating your hours, voicemail, website, or Google listing would help avoid unnecessary frustration and wasted trips. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this establishment due to the lack of responsiveness and unclear business operations. I hope management addresses these issues so future clients and their pets receive better service.

I really like Dr. Ryan Howard at NVC; she is amazing and gave me a lot of information. The front desk staff, and vet techs are very friendly and helpful, and answer any questions that I have. They are also very responsive when I need information. Thank you for taking care of my fur babies!!!
