I want to sincerely thank the entire clinic staff for the excellent care they provided to my dog NALA during her ovariohysterectomy surgery. From the very beginning, everyone was kind, professional, and attentive, which gave me so much peace of mind during such an important and stressful moment for me. The surgery went very well, and my dog’s recovery has been excellent. They explained everything patiently, answered all of my questions, and truly showed how much they care about animals and their well-being. The care before and after the surgery was amazing. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate place for their pets’ care. Thank you so much for treating my dog with such kindness and professionalism. 🐾💖

I had a very upsetting experience at this veterinary clinic and feel other pet owners should be aware. I brought my 15-year-old Yorkshire Terrier in for a scheduled appointment after 1.5 days of vomiting blood, bloody stool, lethargy, and not eating—clearly an emergency situation. Instead of immediate stabilization, I was presented with a long list of tests and asked to choose based on cost, which added significant stress in an already critical moment. After spending over $900 on testing, I was told my dog had leptospirosis and pancreatitis (with other results still pending). When I asked for treatment to begin, I was told they could not treat my dog there because of suspected leptospirosis and was instructed to take her elsewhere for hospitalization. No meaningful stabilization or immediate care was provided before sending us away. What made the situation worse was the way the diagnosis was communicated. I was told alarming stories about veterinarians becoming seriously ill or dying from leptospirosis, along with warnings about risks to children—while my 3-year-old daughter was with me. This caused unnecessary panic and fear at an already overwhelming time. I left the clinic in tears, feeling unsupported and scared, without my dog receiving the care I expected in an emergency. I have since taken my dog to another clinic where she is now receiving treatment, and they have expressed doubts about the initial diagnosis. I understand clinics have limitations, but I believe emergency cases deserve immediate stabilization and clear, professional communication—not fear-based discussions that increase distress. I hope this feedback helps improve how urgent cases are handled in the future.

Absolutely a scam vet, went there and was told by multiple vet assistants that they take carecredit.. then at check out the hit me with a 1100$ bill and say that they don’t take carecredit.. ended up having to speak to the owner as obviously I didn’t have 1100$. Will not be back here and I advise against using this vet.

Panda Wellness are heroes. They saved a feral cat today. They performed surgery on a day They don't do surgeries and had a completed booked day. I walked in and I told them a feral was dying due to pregnancy complications and they made accommodations to save a life. And the prices are incredible affordable. They earned my business and gratitude forever. Thank you
