I’m reviewing quite late, but I just wanted to say how much of a difference Dr. Hubbard made in me and my pets life. Charlie Brown, my boy, passed away November 2024. Dr. Hubbard diagnosed him with late stage adenocarcinoma and he was given approximately 6 months to live. He lived 9 months longer and with minimal pain because of Dr. Hubbard recommendations of how we should care for him. I’m just extremely appreciative for Dr. Hubbard because honestly we would have never found this out if it wasn’t for her. I went in for a routine ear infection treatment because Charlie had them chronically, and she found this on our first exam. It just shows how thorough she is and what a great vet she is. Multiple previous vets I went to for routine things missed this cancer, and it progressed to where chemo and surgery may not work because it spread so far by the time Dr. Hubbard saw my dog. But she listened and did a thorough exam and found this cancer so I was then able to give him the care he needed in his last days. I just can’t imagine what would have happened if I didn’t randomly decide to come to memorial veterinary clinic on that random day for my dogs ear infection. Dr. Hubbard, if you see this I just want you to know you greatly impacted my life and your an amazing veterinarian. Attached is an image of Charlie boy(springer) with his brother Kade.

I want to take a moment to share the wonderful experience I recently had with Memorial Veterinary Clinic on Voss Rd and, most importantly, to recognize Katie, the young lady who answered my call and guided me through a stressful situation. From the very first moment we spoke, Katie went above and beyond to help schedule a new patient appointment for my miniature dachshund. I was very anxious about the possibility of my dog’s hip being dislocated, and Katie truly became a lifeline for me during that uncertain time. What stood out was her incredible patience and determination to help—whenever she wasn’t completely sure about an answer, she took the initiative to consult with others and made sure I received accurate information. Thanks to her dedication, we were able to secure an appointment much sooner than what another clinic had offered, which was such a relief. Katie’s warmth and genuine care over the phone made all the difference, easing my worries tremendously. Update: I’m happy to report that things turned out far better than I had feared, and I’m so pleased with the entire team at the clinic. A special shout out to Dr. Harris for being so knowledgeable and kind to Melvin. I have no doubt that we’ve found our forever vet, and I’m grateful for the compassionate care we received. Thank you all so much!

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. They have cared for my dog, Tyson, with excellence for the past couple of years. Recently, he was diagnosed with cancer, and Dr. Harris was incredibly thorough, taking the time to listen to my concerns and empathize with what I was going through. Dr. Anderson was also so gracious in lending her time to Tyson’s case, which meant a lot. Erika, the surgery tech who took Tyson in, was informative, attentive, and kind, making the process much less stressful. Tasha, another of Tyson’s surgery techs, was absolutely amazing, her explanations for aftercare were clear, and her bright personality truly lifted my spirits during a difficult time. The clinic itself is always pristine, and the front staff are consistently helpful and kind. Every person I’ve recommended this place to has come back telling me they had the best experience. I feel so fortunate to have found a team that treats my dog, and me, with such care and compassion. Tyson also appreciates the large windows for people watching.

Memorial Veterinary Clinic always take care of my dog as if it was their own pet. He loves going there as the staff knows him well. They are great listeners, kind, caring and very professional. The service they provide is old school and refreshing in today’s environment!!! They are the best.
