The vet techs and doctors were super helpful! We did not have an appointment but they did such a great job of helping us and treating my dog like royalty! They made sure she was 100% ready to go home and called to check up on her the next day. Super helpful!

Very thorough and thoughtful practice. The vet, Dr. Baskins, paid attention to what I said but also what my dog displayed. She asked follow-up questions to ensure she understood more about my dog physically and behaviorally. And she didn’t just “tell me what to do,” she offered medical studies and supplemental documentation for me to research more on my own.

Outstanding customer service! Everyone was just wonderful to me and my new kitten. They didn't hesitate to take us in as walk-ins although they were already fully booked. They just really showed so much love and care. You can tell every employee just love being there and have a passion for what they do. I drove around the area to other clinics, but none took us in except Memorial Veterinary Clinic.

I brought my dog in to have an injury treated and the employees made the experience so easy. We had a great interaction from beginning to end. Everyone was patient and accommodating with my dog who is reactive in these settings.
