Houston Cat Hospital has been amazing. The staff is so caring, compassionate, and professional. They truly take the time to listen and make both you and your cat feel comfortable. I appreciate how gentle and patient they are. The clinic is also very clean, calm, and well-maintained, which creates such a comforting environment for both pets and owners. Dr. Becker is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their wellbeing. The entire team goes above and beyond to provide excellent care, and I'm very grateful for the kindness they've shown my Gala! HCA has been a life saver. For the past few years, my 14 year old cat Maya had been marking/urinating outside the litter box, showing signs of heat, lost a large amount of weight, and had high blood pressure. I had taken her to several vets, including Lighthouse Veterinary Clinic and Sunset Animal Hospital, and they all were quite dismissive of my description of her symptoms and just told me to give her anxiety medication. I knew something was wrong, and HCA was my last resort. If you have a cat, I highly recommend taking them here, especially for serious health problems, because the difference I noticed was immediate. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, the staff were friendly, and Dr. Becker really went above and beyond to find the problem. They even gave Maya some cat treats that she went crazy for! They eventually discovered a tumor near her adrenal gland and recommended surgery. I am writing this post surgery, with Maya recovered completely and back to her old self. It’s like a miracle, and I’m so grateful to HCA for truly listening.

What an amazing expierence! Our cat threw up a lot and started to foam at the mouth. We called the Houston Cat Hospital and they said bring her in right away. They saw us immediately. Toni, was wonderful! A calm knowledge kind presence. She made us feel very confident in the next steps to treat our little girl. We found out she had an upper respiratory sickness. After giving her the prescription medication she is now sneezing and coughing less, and almost completely to her normal self and it's only been a few days. Moving forward we are transferring our cats care here fully. Overall the expierence for our cat was the best of any vet since this facility only services cats. She normally has anxiety with dogs and this proved to us a vet visit can be stress free.

My cat boo suddenly became very aggressive, with no real obvious signs or causes. Due to the situation, I decided it was better to go to a vet that specialized in cats in hopes theyd understand her better. The staff were incredibly patient and understanding with the situation, and were great once I brought her in. Their bedside manners for an incredibly senstive time was unmatched, which is something I have struggled with in the past at other vets. My cat boo is already showing signs of improvement and I am so greatful for Houston Cat Hospital in helping my kitty I know and love return back to her normal self

I’ve been coming to Houston Cat Hospital for 5 years and it is the only vet I can recommend with my whole chest. The staff is incredibly caring and patient, and truly give my cats the best care I have ever received The vets here are just as lovely and make sure I understand everything they’re looking for and treating so I can truly understand my cats care. Their prices are incredibly fair, and they’re always completely transparent about all charges which is nice for people like me that need affordable cat care. I could go on for paragraphs about all of my great experiences here, but if you had any doubts don’t! Your kitties are safe and in great hands here. Ps, they also have the cutest office cats!
