The whole team is absolutely wonderful. We adopted 2 beautiful cats from them and we are the happiest family. Each cat we adopted comes with a free year of food and health care. We are in awe of the amazing support from the entire team.

Do not sign up for their care club offering. We had 1 visits before our cat ran away and instead of just cancelling it like an empathetic vet should they charged us over $600 for 1 visit that included just a wellness visit and 2 vaccines. They are a large company that have showed they couldn’t care less about you and your pet and more about money. Choose a local independent vet that’s not run by an investment banking company. The staff is good but the leadership is immoral and should be ashamed of themselves.

Dr. McGowan and his staff have taken such good care of our pets for years. They take their time at each visit to answer all questions we have and what portions are available for any treatments that are needed.

This clinic is absolutely amazing. The staff goes above and beyond for every pet that walks through those doors and the Dr's are extremely knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 recommend.

They were great when we lost our last 13 year old pomeranian late at night and wasn't sure what options we had. They made a ceramic memorial with his paw print on it for us and sent a hand signed card a couple weeks later. Very friendly staff
