I cannot thank Dr. Gallegos and her team enough for the care and compassion they showed my cat, Eggroll. At 15 years old, she had been struggling with her health, and sadly it was time to say goodbye. The staff was incredibly kind and understanding throughout the entire process. They treated Eggroll with so much love and respect, and made sure she was comfortable and cared for until the very end. Even in such a difficult moment, I felt supported and reassured knowing that she was in the best hands. Dr. Gallegos explained everything with patience and compassion, which brought me peace during an emotional time. The private cremation service was also handled with the utmost respect, and I was grateful that it was both affordable and done with such dignity. This clinic truly goes above and beyond for their patients and their families, and I will always be grateful for the way they cared for Eggroll and helped me through this loss. I’m so sorry I couldn’t express my gratitude in person. You all are amazing and I’ll forever remember the kindness you showed my precious Eggroll in her final moments. Thank you.

They saved out cat’s life! Our cat had an obstructed bowel, and the first place we took her to was up to 10 thousand dollars to perform the life saving surgery! We couldn’t afford it, and were going to have to euthanize her, but they recommended trying this place first. Was able to get her in the same day at a price we could afford, and she is doing well now!

We were so stressed out about our baby girl’s emergency surgery, but the staff at this place was incredibly professional and caring. Other places we’ve visited didn’t seem to care about the pets’ health; they just wanted our money and weren’t willing to work with us, even if we did not have all the funds. We’re so thankful we found this place, and she was able to have surgery the same day. They took so much care of her, and I can’t thank the entire staff enough. We’re truly blessed, and I’ll definitely refer others to this place.

Hands down one of the nicest, caring staff I’ve ever encountered. I was so worried about my baby boy Midnight, and the staff here took really good care of him. I was very happy to learn my boy would get to come home with me. The place is nice and clean. Prices are also very reasonable for being an urgent care establishment .I will be bringing back my cats for normal checkups in the future!

Upon arrival, my mom and I were sketched because the place is a little dingy. But do not let that turn you around! Our vet tech was the sweetest, most amazing person that could’ve provided care for my Gracie-poo! You can tell she truly loves animals! Her surgeon did an amazing job! My baby is less than 12 hours post op from a closed pyometra surgery and she has so much energy and wants to play(though she’s restricted) and has made a complete recovery mentally. The receptionists are very friendly and very fun! My mom loved them so much! Thank you so much for the care you provided for my baby girl! You guys have given her the rest of her life to live!
