My 9-year-old Staffy, Moto, was critically ill and in desperate need of emergency intestinal surgery to remove a blockage. He had become severely dehydrated and his electrolytes were dangerously abnormal from not eating. I was referred to this clinic after being quoted nearly $9,000 elsewhere, and had already spent $4k in diagnostics - their affordability truly gave me hope that I could save my sweet boy's life. The Dr was incredibly informative and compassionate, taking the time to explain everything clearly and set realistic expectations. She personally called me immediately after surgery to explain what she found and how he was doing. I will always be grateful to this clinic and their amazing staff for giving Moto a second chance. Their skill, kindness, and genuine care meant the world to my family, and I can't thank them enough for everything they did. 💙💙

I am so grateful to this clinic. My dog ​​is 10 years old and wasn't in good condition. They did everything possible to help him recover, and thanks to them, he's much better. Great experience. Our dogs ear got damaged and they took us in with in minutes and had a solution in less then an hour. My partner and I were treated with respect and rapidly. Took care of our Bella that day.

Came in because my dog had trouble opening his eye. The doctor diganosed him with an eye ulcer after performing a stain. Timely service, explained everything they were doing and explained how to provide the care I needed to perform for my dog got better. Paid $177 for the exam fee ($75), eye stain ($67), and medication ointment ($35). The clinic defintely upcharged for the ointment as I can find it online for about $11 but considering my dog needed it ASAP, it's a cost I am personally okay with dealing with. I would say if your pet is having an emergency, or if you struggle to find time during the week to take you pet to a vet, it's a solid place with high quality care.

I cannot thank Dr. Gallegos and her team enough for the care and compassion they showed my cat, Eggroll. At 15 years old, she had been struggling with her health, and sadly it was time to say goodbye. The staff was incredibly kind and understanding throughout the entire process. They treated Eggroll with so much love and respect, and made sure she was comfortable and cared for until the very end. Even in such a difficult moment, I felt supported and reassured knowing that she was in the best hands. Dr. Gallegos explained everything with patience and compassion, which brought me peace during an emotional time. The private cremation service was also handled with the utmost respect, and I was grateful that it was both affordable and done with such dignity. This clinic truly goes above and beyond for their patients and their families, and I will always be grateful for the way they cared for Eggroll and helped me through this loss. I’m so sorry I couldn’t express my gratitude in person. You all are amazing and I’ll forever remember the kindness you showed my precious Eggroll in her final moments. Thank you.
