This was Bruno’s second visit here and once again we had a great experience. From the person answering the phones and booking the appointment to the last goodbye, everyone was so friendly and caring. Bruno is shy and gets a little nervous, but the whole team was patient and gentle with him, which I really appreciated. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Dr. Jenkins — she was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to really explain Bruno’s allergies and walk us through both short-term and long-term treatment options. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all my questions were answered, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I also love how organized everything is — all of Bruno’s records are in the pet portal, plus they provide a clear summary of the visit and prescriptions afterward. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and it’s so convenient having everything in one place. Bruno was very well taken care of and we felt supported the entire visit. Highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience at Chewy Vet Care Meyerland. The team was kind, professional, and incredibly informative, which made a stressful visit feel much more manageable. Huge thank you to Dr. Marcum, Monique, and Khouri for being so patient, compassionate, and thorough with both me and my dog, Bellini. They truly took the time to explain everything and made sure we felt supported. The certificate of bravery and goodie bag were such a thoughtful touch and meant more than they probably know. Highly recommend this team — you can tell they genuinely care. 🐾💙

Amazing vet! I was immediately drawn to this vet with it being chewy and the amazing customer service that they have and knowledge on my pets. When arriving Amethysts name was put on a tablet for her room and inside was a screen with her name, what’s gonna happen in the appointment, estimates, and discharge information. Our vet tech Abbie was so sweet with Amethyst, cuddling her and telling her how beautiful she is and how amazing she’s doing. When Dr. Jenkins came in she was telling me everything I needed to know and more which is so very helpful. The chewy hospitality really showed at the end though, they came in with a goodie bag for amethyst that included a certificate of bravery for her getting her shots and (attempted) urine sample, a kicker toy, two bags of treats for Amethyst and Benjamin (he didn’t come in today), and since we were one of the first patients there they also gave us a $50 chewy gift card! I really love this vet and can’t wait to see them grow 💚

Overall 10/10 experience, the front desk was so sweet and got everything ready quickly. The waiting are is well-kept, super clean and they even provide free water or drinks and treats for the furry ones. Dr. Jenkins is amazing, she was so gentle w my pickles and gave me amazing recommendations. Abbie was also super nice and explained everything to me in detail and if I had any questions. The entire appointment was smooth. Pricing is reasonable which they are straight up about. Definitely recommend to come bring your pets here!! They gave my pickles a goodie bag and he immediately took his toy to his bed ☺️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Leslie Jenkins and Vet Tech Samantha truly set the gold standard for compassionate, thoughtful veterinary care. From the moment we walked in for Lucas’s wellness check (my five-year-old Boxer and very much my son), we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Samantha was incredible — warm, attentive, and so gentle with Lucas. She took the time to make him feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and treated him like he was her own. Her calm energy instantly put both of us at ease. Dr. Jenkins is simply exceptional. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and deeply compassionate. She didn’t rush a single part of the visit, answered all my questions with patience, and took the time to really connect with Lucas. You can tell she truly loves what she does — her expertise combined with her kindness made this one of the best veterinary experiences I’ve ever had. What stood out most was how personal the care felt. This wasn’t just a routine wellness check — it felt like a team of professionals who genuinely wanted Lucas to thrive. That level of dedication is rare. I’m beyond grateful for Dr. Jenkins and Samantha. Lucas is lucky to have such an amazing care team, and so am I.
