I understand why the name is cawlm now. It was the most relaxed pet visit I’ve ever experienced. I took my two cats and dog to get there vaccination’s and exams for international travel. From the first phone call to leaving, the best experience ever. My fur babies are cleared to travel with me which is a huge stress relief. Thank you Dr Glass.

100% recommended! The entire process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. They helped us with our puppy's international travel health certificate, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind and treated our puppy with so much care and love. Thank you for your professionalism and excellent service. CAWLM has been taking care of our oldest maltipoo’s regular check ups and boarding for just a little over a year. Over this time, I have become more and more impressed with Dr. Glass’ level of care. I was used to boarders telling me that my dog refused to eat when I had to travel, Until I boarded him at CAWLM for the first time and Dr. Glass told me she figured out that my dog likes to be hand fed. I was surprised and very impressed that she took the time to really care for my dog and ensure that he did not go hungry. I admit, hand feeding is crazy work, but I am glad that she was there to do it and for that reason, I will continue to go to CAWLM for all my dogs needs. More recently, we brought our new puppy for neutering. The vet tech suggested we add on a laser treatment to help heal the surgical site faster and avoid a long period of discomfort for the pup. I have had surgery myself where the doctor did this to speed up my recovery, but I had no idea this was something pets could get. I am glad the vet and her team are thinking of things like this to offer pets the absolute best care possible. Long story short, CAWLM is fantastic and everyone should bring their pets here.

I really wanted to use this veterinarian as my pet’s primary provider and was excited to go to a doctor that also practices holistic veterinary care as well as traditional. Unfortunately, the level of professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. My appointment was for 12:15, I showed up at 12, knowing that I’d have new patient docs to fill out. Upon walking in, the building has a staunch and strong order of urine, and I’ve had dogs my entire life, so I’m very familiar and used to veterinary offices, and not one has ever smelled this horrible. But I looked past that, understanding that it is a place for animals after all. My puppy and I were lead to the exam room a few minutes after arriving (it did not smell any better) and he was looked at by the vet tech? Or assistant? After she got his heartbeat and temp, she let me know the doctor would be in shortly. However, that never happened. I waited 30min, then 45min, over an hour for the veterinarian to show up and she never did. No one came in to let me know I’d be seen, or explain why the wait was so long. My puppy came in excited and running around, and wound up falling asleep, we were in there for that long. As if wasting my time wasn’t enough, I heard the veterinarian in another exam room having what sounded to be a very conversational and casual discussion with the previous patient. I’m not sure if she was notified that her 12:15 appointment had arrived, but certainly did not seem so. When I looked at my phone and realized I had been there for over an hour, I left the exam room and let the assistant know I was leaving. She gave no explanation, no effort to get the doctor’s attention, and I left with my puppy not receiving his first exam or completed vaccinations. I really hope this office improves on its cleanliness, time management, and professionalism in the future, but I unfortunately will not be a patron.

The BEST vet, groomer, boarding Houston, Texas has to offer!! I have a very high maintenance chihuahua with some trauma experienced with previous owners and the staff at Cawlm are so patient, understanding and attentive. Where other vets or boarding facilities have suggested medication or muzzles, Dr. Glass and staff have taken their time to get Carli feeling comfortable and being the sweet girl she truly is. I would highly recommend to anyone who has been hesitant to board or use grooming services in the past and 100% trust that their pricing and veterinary services are fair and only for the best interest of the pet and owner.
