This is the best cat hotel in Houston. I have been skeptical to put my baby girl in a hotel because i wasn’t sure how she would be treated. When I arrived I immediately felt comfortable by how friendly the staff are, how attentive to details they are, how friendly the staff are. They have asked sooo many details about her health and eating routine. I have received my update and my girl was exploring and happy. When I picked her up she looked she has been taken care off. Linda has been so professional and patient with me through out the process. Highly recommend.

My cat has stayed here a couple of times and both times were great. It’s easy to book online and they’re very thorough at check in with confirming your cats routine, feeding, etc. I also appreciate the complimentary nail trim! I have felt very comfortable both times as it’s clear that they really want your cat to be comfortable and calm.

We are so pleased with our experience at this cat hotel! The email report with pictures was a lovely touch that we really enjoyed. The facility was immaculately clean and very inviting. The condos for the kittens were quite spacious, which we appreciated. It was great to know that our little guy had plenty of room to move around and play-without any extra charges! When we picked him up, he recognized us right away, and he settled back in at home with ease. It's clear that he was well taken care of here. In comparison to another cat hotel we used in the past, where our cat had a hard time readjusting and seemed a bit out of sorts, this experience was a breath of fresh air. We can see that our little guy truly enjoyed his stay here and we couldn't be happier with the care he received. Thank you for taking care of our baby with care ❤️

They take great care of the cats! The place is unbelievably clean. The cats get individual playtime outside of their kennel. Staff will email pictures every 3 days so you can see how your cat is doing!
