Dr. Burns has been our vet for 25 years. She has loved our furr babies and treated them like her own. She has guided us through some of the hardest decisions with our pets. She is kind and compassionate. We have always appreciated her quick wit and “tell it like it is“ attitude. She is truly one of a kind.

We started coming to see Doc Burns in 2009. We have taken all of our dogs here. At one time we had five rescues. We moved away in 2013 and came back today with our new puppy; after 13-16 years with our other babies. She remembered us. She’s not in it for the money; she’s in it for the love of the animals and I truly wish I could put her in my pocket and take her with us because I haven’t met another vet like her. Highly recommended in 2009 and highly recommend in 2026. Edit: For those who claim rudeness by the staff, perhaps look at how you treat your animals.

We went to Beltway a few hours ago today for two of our cats due to some skin concerns. They got checked, dewormer, antibiotic shot, a antibiotic cream to take home, flea meds, vaccine update for one and some at home treatment advice to clear up the issues. Dr. Burns has been our vet for a while now and she’s always been so super helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and very funny; we could never thank her enough for all she does and has done for us, she and her team are a huge blessing and we will continue to return her always.

The staff were all sweet and professional! Amazing veterinarian, I brought my Pekingese in and she saved him and caught onto a illness he had that I wasn't aware of. Forever Grateful! 💖

I have been taking my cat’s and sometimes fosters here for years. I can’t say how much I appreciate the great care they have provided for my babies. I highly recommend she is very knowledgeable and everyone is super nice.
