I’m very grateful to the Baxter and Cleo team for their kindness and professionalism. They were able to see my dog, Mila, the day after I called and quickly diagnosed her. Dr. Irell kept me well informed and took the time to explain everything. Mila had surgery the following day, and although I was nervous due to her heart murmur, the staff reassured me and made me feel at ease. Her surgery went smoothly, and she’s now recovering well. Thank you to Dr. Irell, Dr. Tran, and the entire team for their excellent care!

Great vet! Dr. Tran (who primarily sees my pups) and the other vets and staff are all very friendly and are great with my dogs. Dr. Tran gets down on the floor with them for shots and they'll often cuddle up onto her lap or plant kisses on her. Usually very easy to get appointments if something comes up or they can try to squeeze your pup in as a drop off if they're really loaded up. Would recommend.

I have to go monthly with my rescue Chihuahua, Nico, to get his nails trimmed. He just will not let me do it. The ladies here can not be more kind. It's obvious they love animals and are very gentle with him. Today he was taken care of by "J" Jasmine... she could not have been kinder. I'm so glad when I rescued him this office was right there on the next block in my neighborhood. Makes it very convenient too. Very much recommend for the service these ladies give, and let's face it... without great staff, your business is nothing. Great job every time I go!!

Dr. Irell was absolutely amazing!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. It was my first time there and I was so impressed with the entire staff. They explained everything thoroughly, went through costs, and really took care of my cat's issue at a great price. I appreciate everyone. Thank you all!!!

I love this place. I brought my cat here twice. Once for surgery at the last minute for a cat bite. He had to have surgery. Dr. Tran was wonderful with him. Explained in detail what was going on and what had to be done for sore from cat bite. I had never been here. They were so very kind made him feel right at home. Another time my cat hurt his leg and couldn't put weight on the leg for 24hrs. Dr. Irell was wonderful with my cat. My cat is very scared but the dr and the vet techs are awesome with scary cats. He just melted in their hands, let them do anything they needed to do to him. Price was very reasonable and care was outstanding. I will be coming back. Thank you Dr. Tran and Dr. Irell.
