I have several fur babies that have wellness plans and receive services here. I am always amazed by the support, thorough communication and care they show for my pets. Banfield has definitely become a part of my family. Shout out to Ms. Allison and Alex! They always have a lively spirit and are very supportive over the phone. Shout out to Jane, Mar and Andrea! They typically take care of my babies and have supported us immensely with procedures, exams and stressful moments. By far my favorite vet clinic I have ever had. 10/10!

Take caution when going to this vet hospital. Their price point is far greater than other vet clinics/hospitals near by. They will convince you to sign up for their wellness plan that requires monthly installments to save money on their very expensive vet services. If you try to cancel the wellness plan, then you must pay the remaining monthly installments in FULL or pay the original price of the vet services you got. This is pure greed hidden in terms and conditions, that at the time, I didn't have a chance to read because my cat was experiencing major discomfort from respiratory inflammation. Read the fine print before you agree to anything with this place.

They have the nicest and most amazing team of staff and doctors here! Alex in the front desk ensures my every check in, drop off is smooth and helps remind me my next appointments time. Very patient and friendly nurses and doctors who are willing to listen and give you advice. I never feel rushed or hesitant about asking a question that might seem silly for vet. Professional, They take care of my fur babies each and every time and I appreciate them 🙏thank you!

I can’t thank Dr. George, Jasmine, and Allison enough for their incredible kindness and support during one of the most stressful days of my life. I was denied boarding on a flight because I didn’t have the proper documentation for my dog. In the midst of all that panic, this amazing team truly went above and beyond to help me. Despite their busy schedule, Jasmine and Allison managed to squeeze us in between appointments and worked quickly and efficiently to ensure I had everything I needed. They were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and compassionate which made all the difference. Their calm, supportive presence helped ease my anxiety and gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. Dr. George was, as always, wonderful—thorough, attentive, and incredibly caring. Every time I bring her in, he takes such great care of her. He’s extremely knowledgeable and patient, and I always leave feeling confident that she’s in the best hands. Thanks to this dedicated and compassionate team, I was able to get the required paperwork. I’m truly grateful for the care they provided not just in that moment, but every time I visit.
