How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Timber Ridge Animal Medical Center
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Everyone at this clinic is amazing! The receptionists are always kind and helpful. And the vets and vet techs are amazing at providing the best care to our dog. 10/10 recommend!

From the receptionist, to the vet technicians, to Dr. Arrington everyone was so nice and caring and took their time to actually listen to my concerns. Our appointment was on a late Friday afternoon and we never felt rushed. We had recently been to another vet who basically told us if the medication prescribed didn't work, there wasn't much else we could do and needed to see a specialist. Well, after the first night of new treatment she was SO much better. So thankful for the care and treatment they provided.

Wonderful staff and vet. Very organized and easy to get an appointment. Our sweet Metta has been going here since 2021 and she loves everyone here. Clean facilities and the vets truly care about the animals. They sit down on the floor with Metta to make her feel comfortable during the exams. Love it here!

Today was my first visit, and I loved it! I was scheduled with Dr. Lutz (loved her, and I think Kouga did too), and I was a little nervous because my dog is anxious and strong. Bad combo. But, they got everything done! Everyone was very personable too. We can’t wait to come back for his mid-year visit!
