The wait can sometimes be long, but we've taken our dogs to this hospital for years. Always nice and willing to get us on the schedule within the week!

As much as it is convenient for me and the facility is much better than it was before, the waiting time still needs to be better. It can make u frustrated. I came w my senior dog and waited for almost an hour with a check up that lasted maybe 10mins and the check up seemed shallow. I liked it before with the older doctors.

We went in with our dog Bear as an emergency. They were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Loraine was especially amazing! She wanted to make sure he was taken care of completely! It was so refreshing to have a team of professionals take such pride in their jobs and show such love and compassion towards our sweet Bear. Definitely recommend!

Compassionate & attentive to both parent & fur-baby. I lived in Frisco for a while, but still traveled to Allen for, what I consider to be, the best veterinary care available in the Dallas area.
