5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rocco and I had a wonderful experience with this veterinary clinic! The staff was incredibly loving and gentle with my dog, which meant the world to me. The level of care was outstanding—his exam was thorough, and I received detailed updates and clear explanations of all results. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism. Pricing felt fair and on par with other clinics in the area. Overall, excellent service and compassionate care. Highly recommend!

First visit for us was today (July 21st 2025) and it went very well. I have built such an anxiety around vet visits for a number of reasons but Dr. Dennett and the young lady assisting him (didn't catch her name) turned that all around for me. They were patient, approachable, transparent and never once made me feel judged. My dog also handled it very well too. They took the time to give her treats and really focused on earning her trust. They also didn't aim for doing the most but set us up with the proper medication and over the counter recommendations to prepare for the next visit for things to go smoother. Instead of tackling everything all at once they set out a plan to try preventative measures with a follow up appointment instead of suggesting drastic procedures and surgeries right away. Overall I am so glad I chose petfolk. I opted for the membership and I feel great about it. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

First time my pup and I came in for a visit, all the stuff were so nice and loved how good they took care of my dog. My dog usually is always scared when he goes to the vet but this place he seemed so comfortable! They were very helpful on the questions and concerns I had! Definitely will be coming back :)

First experience was super great! My puppy wasn’t well socialized before I got him so they took their time to make him comfortable. They decided to make the first visit a good one and we just gave him lots of treats and got him comfortable with the space. The staff was super friendly and very willing to answer my questions! Very reasonably priced and a super cute facility!

I wish I had met this office under ANY other circumstance. But it is what it is. The staff was beyond incredible. From the girl who answered the phone and my plethora of questions to the vet himself and everyone in between, I absolutely adore them. My senior dog that I’d had for almost 13 years started to decline pretty rapidly due to bone cancer. The staff at this location were better than anyone I could imagine helping me through the next steps. We ended up having to put my sweet boy to sleep. The technician was so kind and patient. The vet though and I cannot remember his name I’m so sorry, was a godsend. He was patient, informative, kind, compassionate and more than that my dog was at ease with him. When everything was said and done, he gave me a hug that I needed more than he knew and offered his condolences. I will never forget their kindness in what was an incredibly difficult time for me and my daughters who were there with me because we thought it was an infection and he’d come home with us. Thank you all for every moment you helped me through that day. I received the condolences card you sent me today, you all are incredible.
