Terrible place! - Never open - Customer service is not great - They killed my dog by delaying her treatment and/or not taking it seriously. (AND they still want me to finish paying $250 on her wellness plan)...they will not get any more money from us. Luckily we found another vet down the road who actually cared for my fur baby but stated, we didn't start treatment in time to save her....thanks for Banfields negligence. Thanks for causing us to lose a family member! I will ensure all our friends and family stay far away from any Banfield establishments.

I took my cat to Banfield in Hillsboro off 25th about 7 years ago and it was amazing. Wonderful experience and Dr was gently with my cat. Fast forward….. to two months ago I couldn’t even get a call back. I called several times even left voice messages and to this day no one has returned my call. I had to find another Dr to take my cat to. Very disappointing.

This place is great. DR O WILL ALWAYS FIT US INTO HER SCHEDULE. WHEN NONE OF THE OTHER BANFIELDS WOULD .EVEN WHEN FULL. DR O UR GREAT ! SHE IS ALSO MORE FOR MY PET CARE THAN SALES.

A great place to take your pet in case of emergency or just for a quick check-up. This Pet Hospital is located inside the petsmart. Stuff is always ready to help your pets out, super friendly. While you're in there, you can also shop for your pet supplies as well. There are many accessories for different types of pets. Overall, would definitely recommend.
