Been going to this clinic for over a year now for both my dogs (Toby & Emma). Front desk ladies were always smiling and welcoming every time I walk in. Some even remember Emma's name 🙂. As for the vets, I've seen 3 different ones because sometimes my vet wasn't available when I book the appointment and I've always said, I don't mind which vet I'll be seeing because I know both my dogs will be in good hands with all of the vets there. Extremely clean clinic as well. Would recommend this clinic 100%!

Truly a pleasure to bring my cats here (shade & buddy) for checkups & if their sick I know they are in good hands with the staff & the Vet"s. They treat your babies like family 🤗💕 from the first moment you walk in the door.

I am not impressed with this veterinarian at all. I took my dog in and the vet was in a rush and not taking me or the matter seriously. Prescribed pain meds as a bandaid solution and does not seem to truly care or like animals or at least dogs. Very short and does not ask questions or have sympathy for the owners or animals. Truly unprofessional place and would not recommend it here at all. I will not be going back.

All doctors are nice and helpful and provided a lot of advice and guidance regarding our cat's health issue. The care she received while she was alive was good. Taking off stars unfortunately because of the unpleasant experience we had when we visited early this week to have our cat put to sleep. While the doctor was still in the process of administering the euthanasia shots he asked us if we had filled out the forms which took us aback as which doctor will ask that while you are in the process of losing your precious animal companion? After only around 2 mins of having our cat put to sleep and the doctor exiting the room and my husband and I being in so much pain over the loss of our beloved cat, two front desk girls come to ask us to fill out the consent form for euthanasia which they had forgotten to give us in the beginning! Not only that but they asked us to select an urn. Like are you kidding me?! Not even 2 mins after we lost our baby and we are in so much pain that they think it is the perfect time to have us sign the form and invoice and select an urn. They could not give us more time and let us process?! Very poor training of staff and lack of sensitivity shown by the doctor Unfortunately this incident left a poor taste in our mouths and I cannot confidently recommend them as a result
