Our beloved cat, Wednesday, wasn't feeling very well and we became increasingly concerned as it looked like her symptoms were getting worse. But the wonderful staff at Main West took fantastic care of her and made sure she was as comfortable as possible. They answered every question we had, and worked hard to ensure our little fur baby was safe. Happy to say that Wednesday had nothing serious going on, and is back to being her usual, mischievous self! I cannot recommend this location enough. Every person we spoke with was knowledgeable, kind and told us how much they adored having Wednesday in their care!

Ivan is a cat i got from the pound. His mate just passed away about a month ago. He does not like going to the vet . I tried to get him in the cage. But it did not work. So.i put him in a pillow case. He got out of it. So when we are in the car Ivan was very upset. So when I got there , I told them so someone came out to get him. They right away put us in a room and took care of Ivan. Ivan even licked the Vets hand. Which he has never done. When they were clipping his nails, he was nervous. So the vet tecks picked him up and like carrying him. His back to their stomach and his belly to the other tech. He was then comfortable to clip his nails. They didn't charge me for the nail cutting. I had told them my situation about me putting my cat down month ago. When the visit was over, a vet tech offered to put him in the cage for me. Ivan did not fight them and hardly fought on the way home. They are amazing there.

The staff at main west are fantastic, though there has been a turnover in the vets that are there. All the girls working the front area etc... are amazing and always going above and beyond! They helped us through one of the toughest times and decisions we had to make with our 9 year old boy Carter...and were so supportive.. Now with our new little girl they are always so welcoming and Willow loves to go see the girls at the vets! Lol Thanks for all you do for our fur babies and for us parents as well.

We were recently lucky enough to rescue a senior dog and they were so incredibly kind to him and are helping us give him the best life possible 💝
