Superior North Mobile Veterinary Services
How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Superior North Mobile Veterinary Services
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Dr Bowyer has provided the best care to Franky, our 19 1/2 yo male rescue cat, since he became a patient 12 years ago. He really cares about his patients and is clear about treatment and outcomes. We are extremely lucky to have this service in Wawa and to have a caring, compassionate Dr who goes out of his way to provide excellent care to animals.

Mobile vet dedicated to serving a handful of communities without veterinary care. Even though services are limited due to the mobile nature, Dr Bowyer has been very helpful in keeping our beloved pets well.

Great experience! I just saw they had 1 star reviews and was in disbelief! Great vet, excellent team. Took great care of my Cane Corso, Havoc. They are a traveling vet, and will go to small remote towns in Northern Ontario where there is no Vet clinic or limited services. It will cost more when the vet comes to you, however the value for service was excellent.

Scheduled an appointment for my ailing cat with the possibility she might need to be euthanized on June 30, 2022. I get there and read on the trailer door, which is all the office is, that I can’t come inside without being double vaccinated. The staff confirmed I wouldn’t be allowed inside to be with my pet in her last moments because of my vaccine status despite the policy never having been mentioned during the numerous phone conversations I had with them. Would not recommend this poorly run and over priced business that shows little to no compassion for their clients.
