I cannot say enough good things about the team at River Road! I called them late on a Friday afternoon about my dog who was having severe tremors, and they were more than willing to help immediately - even though he's not a patient of the clinic. They ensured both him and I felt comfortable and did everything they could do figure out what was going on with him. Dr. Kelly was knowledgeable, friendly and calm in letting us know what was happening and the next steps. Luckily, little Cooper turned out to be ok and is ready to celebrate his 1st birthday this week! Thank you to the whole River Road team. :)

Made my pet and I feel very comfortable and explained everything in thorough detail, not leaving any guessing. Upfront about medicine, costs, and your pets overall health. My cat is my best Lil bud and I'm happy the people here show the same care and love that I show my own animal. Highly recommend as my cat also just had multiple teeth extractions recently. Very easy to set up and pick up my kitty, with clear medical instructions for post op. If you love your pet and not sure where to go, this place is a safe haven for all pets!

We would like to take this time to sincerely thank Dr Kelly and her assistant Erin for their warmth and compassion as we made our difficult decision to say goodbye to our sweet Cory girl. They were both very kind and supportive and didn’t rush us in anyway. The experience was indeed sad but very very peaceful. We thank the entire staff River Road Animal Hospital.
