We were fortunate to host the Eickemeyer team and the France surgeons in 2022 for training on the new ZLig procedure. We have since had monthly dealings with the Eickemeyer team. They continually prove themselves to be reliable, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. For us, being at a greater distance from head office, video and/or call conferencing to access technical training or troubleshooting has been beneficial. They have set a high bar of customer service and always gone above and beyond.

We used Eickemeyer to help equip our new emergency and referral animal hospital and were extremely pleased with the service. The care was personalized and if any concerns came up, (as they inevitably do with a new business), they were typically addressed within hours, often minutes! Great sales team, highly manipulative. ZERO customer service, ZERO responsibility for faulty equipment. Welcomes conversation, provides no professional standard of assistance. Does not provide technicians the tools they need to learn new equipment, thus technicians are unable to assist. Rebate an erroneous service fee and call that customer service. Will not be furnishing any future clinics using this company. Invest in due diligence before trusting this company.
