I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Avery. (Why aren’t there more stars to give??) She came to help us with the hardest decision a pet parent ever has to make - putting our beloved dog to rest. The compassion, professionalism, and care shown by Dr. Avery was truly remarkable. Dr. Avery and her Vet Tech (my apologies for forgetting her name) were absolutely wonderful and compassionate. As with all vet appointments, the time got moved based on needs of earlier patients which is completely understandable. They were kind, compassionate, explained everything, and were respectful with my cat. I am beyond pleased that she lived up to her reputation as a wonderful vet.

Highly recommend Dr Avery, she responded to my text right away, sent me clear information on her services and gave a written estimate with a breakdown of the costs well ahead of time. They showed up on time and showed so much compassion at the most difficult time we as pet parents have to go through.

We had the unfortunate event to make a call to have our beloved poodle put down. From the first phone call to Dr. Avery, her assistant Jillian was very patient and understanding on the phone. They came to the house and were filled with such kindness and compassion. He was able to pass peacefully in his favorite spot on the couch. I highly recommended Dr. Avery and Jillian. They walked us through the whole process. It was nice to be able to do this at home with family by his side. Not an easy decision to make, but I am glad we did it this way.
