So I had the pleasure of my first appointment with Dr Stephanie Clarke. From the moment I walked in, everyone was pleasant. The reception staff are very nice. Dr. Clarke went well over the scheduled time to assure me my senior dog was well examined and took a considerable amount of time with me to answer my unending list of questions. She did this with concern, compassion and patience. And I appreciated that more than she could ever know. The vet techs are VERY kind, efficient and skilled. Ashley has just been a Godsend when it comes to getting information over the phone. Overall an EXCELLENT first impression. And also important was the reasonable cost and not the exorbitant amount Ottawa is charging. A fair practice is a sign of good owners and good people. Well deserved 5 stars!

I have been bringing my 2 Shpynxs here for almost 3 years and I kept one of the kittens from last litter so that's 3 and they get excellent care here they always treat them with care taking extra precautions since they're hairless I would not take them anywhere else. Love the service I get and in a emergency they always make time for you. Great vet clinic. They always go the extra mile. Love that they actually care. Keep up the great work I will be a client for life. Extremely satisfied customer.

After losing Dr Tina who loving looked after all of our pups, we had to leave pembroke to obtain vet care. We are more than happy with the excellent care that we received. All of the staff were very attentive and helpful. Dr Stephanie zeroed in on her symptoms and the treatment has given Sophie a second chance at a good extended life. We are more than tankful and over the moon happy that you have given us more time with our sweet girl.

Excellent service and very friendly staff, I appreciate all veterinarians, technicians, and assistants and they are so inspiring. My cat always gets the best care here! I only wish it was enforced more in the lobby (maybe through signage) to keep your dog under control or seated beside you. My cat was very anxious and scared, and people come in with their dogs and just let them approach other animals intrusively. Though this isn't the staff's fault, it's moreso disrespectful dog owners.

Start to finish an amazing experience . My dog is very nervous and Dr. C and all the staff were patient and very kind and gentle . Feeling very fortunate to have gotten an appointment . It was worth the wait !
