It's one of the best vets I have been to! I drive almost an hour one way just to go to them. They are affordable, extremely friendly, well-spoken, and make sure you FULLY understand everything before you leave their office. They also do not request that you do unnecessary tests and will frequently talk me out of doing some test that are not necessary at all! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend them!!! Annie, Sophie, and Elsa, thanks your entire staff for all of their hard work!

So thankful for the friendly staff. Helpful, informative and they even included my kids in explaining what was happening with our senior dog. And to top it off the bill was VERY reasonable! Thank you for caring for our dog and making us feel better!

I am so thankful Port Hope Vet Emergency Clinic was able to see Ace on New Years Eve. The staff was amazing from the moment I made a call with fingers crossed they would see him. The care he received from everyone that night was incredible. Big Thanks to Dr. Bartlett for looking after my boy! Also to the vet tech who lifted Ace into my jeep, all I can say is how grateful I was l. You were so quick to come help me out, I so appreciated it!! A followup call today checking in on how Ace was doing, you all deserve medals for the extra efforts you all put in everyday!! 🙏

Port Hope Veterinary clinic is an amazing clinic. They were my saving grace and provided the greatest care to me and most importantly my dog. They performed an emergency c section and delivered her two most adorable little puppies. They took great care in making sure she recovered well out of sedation and that both puppies were kept warm while mom was recovering they also made sure that both puppies had successfully fed before leaving. The staff there are simply amazing. They not only greet you warmly when you walk in the door but they take great care in keeping you updated while your pets in the back an you sit anxiety filled in the lobby. They make sure you are set up for success and have all the information you need before you leave. I cannot thank them enough for the amazingly services they provide. I would highly recommend their services to everyone ! Thank you guys so so much ,their at not enough words for the amount of gratitude I have .
