Always a great experience. When they can squeeze you in a tiny time slot in-between patients, as a last minute appointment you know they care about the animals. Front desk was kind, and the vet was quick but thorough. Left confident that my pet will get better. Big thank you to the over worked team there 🙏

Josie is 14 yr old Chihuahua. This is the first time she has not had to wear a Muzzled Dr Brittany Kern took her time to get to know her patient. Dr Kern was even about to hold her and there was not once that Josie was going to nip Kudos…..and thanks again for the great experience 🥰

Our family is so thankful and grateful to Petawawa Animal Hospital for the phenomenal care for our cat over the last 3-4 years. Our cat came to them old, on a few medications, and incredibly fussy and grumpy to handle. They could have easily told us no, your cat is too complicated for us to deal with, and instead he was accepted despite all the challenges he would prove himself to be as time went on. We have had incredible service, kindness, patience, and love every time our cat had to come in for various check-ups and procedures. Today we said goodbye to Spooky, our cat of 18 years old, and it was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do in my life and I know my heart will never be the same again. Despite the pain and grief I feel now, my family and I are so blessed to have had the staff here along for the journey of his golden years and his subsequent passing. I can’t thank you all enough for your care and cannot express enough the deep gratitude we will always have for your veterinary services. The Schweyer Family

After a negative experience with a vet clinic I was very nervous to try it again, but first appointment and so far so good 😊. Right away the receptionist was very patient, transparent and thorough while discussing what might be done during the appointment. They made sure my munchkin would have a positive experience so he wouldn't have issues coming back. Dr.Michelle was great and relaxed which made our puppy relaxed too. Vet techs were great and provided us with good information as well.He was treated with care and kindness.We got everything we needed in one visit and all our questions answered in a detailed manner. The whole staff was very pleasant and professional and made us feel cared for. Thank you very much ❤️

What a great practice. Knowledgeable, compassionate, listen to what the client has to say and are insistent that the client understands what's happening (do you have questions, please call us if you think of any more questions). Just wonderful.
