I have had good customer service with the vets and technician s and the girls at reception always friendly ,polite . Help me out even in stressful times. I had to put my cat down in July and Dr. Weaver was there all the way with me and my Abby . Whenever I have questions they take time and are helpful don't rush me off. Services are great. I have been to quite a few vets and so far this one is the best by far. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🐻🐾💯🥰

The team at Glanbrook continues to impress us. Our three year old golden retriever always receives the kindest, most thorough care imaginable. The veterinarian and the vet techs take time to explain, educate and break down next steps in the best way possible. Everyone is SO kind and friendly. You can really tell they care about each and every animal that comes through the door. Today we had to leave our pup for a number of hours for sedation and x-rays and I didn’t once feel uneasy about leaving him under their care. I truly trust them. It was a welcome surprise to see Tabitha (vet tech from our previous clinic) working there now. She remembered our boy which was so sweet. Thank you so much, Glanbrook!

I love this place so so very much. 10/10 Recommend, exceptional services. The most heartfelt and respectful business. These people are INCREDIBLE! Sadly our pet crossed the rainbow bridge but this team made it such a beautiful, special and peaceful moment. For something so difficult they deserve so much respect. They created a beautiful atmosphere to help you through the process. I also have a very popular negative review for another vet and their euthanasia process. This business tops every single vet I’ve ever been to. So I’m at a loss for words expressing how grateful I am to be a client of theirs. GO HERE! regular apts and daily pet needs are always met and their love for animals shows. They will always treat you and your animals with kindness and the respect everyone deserves.

The team here has provided excellent care and services for my beloved Jack Russell. She’s been at her pinnacle health ever since we’ve been coming there when she was a puppy. Now at 13? Just as wonderful thanks to their caring and professionalism. The team made a huge difference during our time in Hamilton and their kindness has never been forgotten. My family and I thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

I am beyond satisfied with this vet. We moved to the area just over two years ago and struggled to find a caring and compassionate veterinarian doctor for our two dogs. I was driving an hour away to our old vet. After switching them to someone local, I was very unhappy as the new vet did not even make an attempt to be friendly with my animals, but came out with a muzzle and would not let us in the room with them. I switched to Glanbrook veterinarian on a whim after one of our dogs got sick. The care, the compassion and the love that was shown to our dog was amazing. I felt as though we were at our old vet’s. They put our dog’s health and comfort above everything. I highly recommend ***** 5 stars!
