Our dog has been going to see Dr. Jennifer Brenner since we got him as a puppy, about 3 years ago. Dr. Brenner is always professional and informative. She clearly loves animals and is willing to take the time to talk about your pet's health. The clinic's fees are very reasonable, and we can always bring our dog in to get weighed for free. They sell Kong toys at a lower price than most pet stores, and we always buy 1 after each visit!

Absolutely can't say enough good things about this clinic. We brought in our cat for end of life. This was our first time there. The clinic was very reasonably priced, clean, well organized plus they were open on a Saturday and were able to get us in quickly. The real reason for this review is the staff! They were absolutely wonderful. So much compassion and sympathy. As a person who has worked as a vet assistant for years I was very impressed at how well this experience went. The Dr was very sweet. Explained the entire process to us and was caring while handling our sick cat. Absolutely wonderful experience and I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking. Great job everyone and thank you for your service and compassion! I hope to see you again for a more positive reason.

We have been taking our large German Shepherd dog here for over 3 years and we can’t say enough great things about this clinic and its staff. They have been so compassionate and caring with us and our dog. We trust them wholeheartedly and couldn’t ask for a better care team :)

We have been taking our 5 year old dog here since she was a puppy and have always had great service. Our dog recently hurt her back leg and the team was able to fit us in quickly to be looked at. Dr. Brenner was very thorough and really took the time to explain the injury. We are so lucky to have a great team hear in Lucan!

My dog never feels scared to come here! We have always been treated with respect and feel welcomed every time we visit. When euthanizing our older dog, Cleo, they were very compassionate and understanding and allowed us as much time to be with our dog as needed. Will always recommend Biddulph!
