I can’t say enough about Queen Street veterinarian. I drive almost 2 hours for their service. Dr. Heather has been nothing but compassionate and loving and helpful over the years with my fur babies. When I first moved in the area, my German Shepherd, Shadow, 15 years old was practically dying. I called every veterinarian in the area and no one would take her in without an appointment, I called Queen Street and they said, bring her in right away and we will meet you outside. They saved her life! People tell me I should get someone closer to where I live, not a chance! Thank you so much for everything you have done for us and shadow and Klohie! ♥️

We've had several pets fixed, diagnosed, or put to sleep at Queen St Vets. Staff are always knowledgable, compassionate, and quick to respond. One of our cats loves her vet visits so much that she jumps into the pet carrier every time she sees it (even when it's not her turn to go).

The entire crew at Queen Street Veterinary Services is friendly , courteous, patient, kind and knowledgeable. My pets have received excellent care. Urgent needs are met immediately The boys and I all say a great big thanks.

Wanted to thank Dr Heather and her entire staff for all the years of amazing service and care. From regular care to the emergency weekend and after-hours calls, we always knew we were in the hands of the best. There is no way I can truly state how comforting it was to have them helping us through the hardest decision we all come to, with genuine grace and compassion. I am so grateful to Dr. Heather and her staff for providing me and my four legged children with exceptional service for over 10 years. Dr. Heather and her staff treat all patients and family with the utmost kindness, compassion and respect. They will discuss all treatment options and help you find what is right for your pet and family. They have laughed and cried with us and have cared for our beloved friends from puppyhood through old age and have helped our children cope with our beloved pets final days. Not to mention that Dr. Heather obviously treats her employees well and it is nice to see a local business with such low turnover. All staff are extremely knowledgeable, happy and caring. I would never take my pets anywhere else!
