hadn't been a client before but my vets xray machine was down. I called at 8 and they had me in for 1020 for my cat who had gone lame. staff were so pleasant and the vet was great - patient, knowledgeable and kind. the bill was even a little less than quoted. very pleased

I cannot thank Dr McNeil and the girls at the Keswick location enough. My cat had been acting unlike himself , and couldn’t get into his regular vet until the next week, so we called Keswick Vet clinic and they got him in same day! The girls at the front were so kind and Dr McNeil was so thorough when explaining things to me. 2 weeks later and my baby is feeling like himself again!! 110% recommend this place! Will never go anywhere else.

I cannot thank the staff enough at Keswick Veterinary Clinic. We called them in a pinch as our vet of 14 years couldn’t get us in today, and they happily offered us an appointment within the hour for our senior dog who was having a seizure for unknown reasons. They happily greeted us and made us feel as if we have always been their patient, and throughly examined our pup. To be treated like this on a whim and not to be gouged at the end of the visit either, is something unheard of! Because of the wonderful service and treatment I will happily recommend this clinic to anyone who has an animal. Thank you again to this amazing team.

Great experience time and time again! My dog is super nervous and they always manage to keep her calm! Always willing to help and get you in on last notice. They really care about your pet :)

My dog is anxious when going on outings. They are all so good with him here. From the front desk to the staff in the back as well as his vet. They go above and beyond to put him at ease. He is never scared to come for a visit here. Thank you, keep up the great work.
