Not a regular client but was able to score same day appointment for my cat who was sick and miserable, thanks to caring front desk staff. Vet tech kind and gentle when handling. Dr. Fitch was amazing. Very kind and thorough and presented options and a recommendation that made me comfortable with the treatment plan I decided on. Kitty made a full recovery by that evening. 10/10 recommend. 100% going back.

In a moment of panic when my dog was choking, I took him over to the RSAH where a team of angels acted quickly and dislodged the item while keeping me informed and him as calm as possible. The staff were nothing short of amazing, they were welcoming, kind, knowledgeable , quick to act and supportive in our crisis. I cannot thank the staff of angels and Doctors who helped us enough. Even giving him little cuddles at the end and me words of encouragement. Your kindness and support is noticed. Thank you, I highly recommend your services and good nature to everyone.

Dr Fitch was great with my pet rat. I got him neuter due to hormonal aggression and it went really well. Thanks 🐀❤️

We have been coming to RSAH for years with our beloved bulldog. Originally we came because they got us in short notice when our dog was injured whereas our regular vet did not. Over the years he has had wonderful care including routine care, allergies and UTIs. He was anxious but never had issues there. Dr. Dennett and Dr. Fitch always had lots of suggestions for every price point and we never felt pressured to take any certain treatment. You can feel the love they have for animals. Most recently, they fit us in same day when our boy was sick. Unfortunately, it was not good news but they were kind and compassionate and accommodating and came to our home to provide peaceful end of life care. We will forever be grateful for all the love and assistance of all the staff in the front and back. In honour of Baxter, we highly recommend RSAH

We have taken our cats over the years to Dr. Dennett and Dr. Fitch. Both have been absolutely fantastic with our cats, always finding the right balance between compassion and professionalism. The entire team at Riverside South Animal Hospital is great. Thank you for your wonderful care for our cats over the years!
