Our horse was sick and low in energy. Had a edema from what we saw. They gave her an antibiotic and took blood sample. Pretty Routine thing to do. And the horse was deteriorating after a week and nobody contacted us for results. Finally it was confirmed she had an infection . We asked for the blood work and that hasnt been sent. I would have loved to have seen what kinda bacteria she had as well as if the antibiotics were resistant or susceptible . No communication. From the picture i will post the horse looked so bad from previous. They do radiology so I dont know why it wasnt recommended with her condition and edema. Today is July 23rd it is now a week and some days she had some heavy breathing and died. I feel and also upset that the vets here were neglectful. And I would not recommend them if you have an emergency. I will miss you my beloved Pantera. Iam sorry that modern medicine didnt save you I believe the horse had some rupture or internal injury with the edema.

Fantastic knowledgeable veterinarian with lovely staff. I can call and get a fast response anytime of the day and night. Dr Steph is compassionate and sensible. I trust her with all my animals.

Wonderful mobile vet with a great reputation with owners and pets! She helped us in crisis in the middle of the night a few years ago when I was unfortunate enough to be pulling dozens of ticks of my dogs (we must have encountered a nest at some point but the evening). Forever grateful for how kind she was towards me and my Aussies ! Thank you!
