I had the best experience with the staff at Lock One, thank you for being so kind and compassionate to me and my sweet girl Sadie. Everything was well explained, prices were discussed and nothing was a surprise at the end of the visit. I felt that this is a judgement free zone and that the tests/diagnostics recommended were reasonable and not forced upon me. There is a good understanding that price can play a big factor into the next steps and I felt no pressure to hastily make a decision. I’m happy to bring my cats here and am very confident in the care provided to my fur babies. The staff are very friendly and it’s quite evident that they love what they do, it really makes the difference 🩷

Dr. Geoff and his entire team at Lock One Animal Hospital are by far, THE BEST I’ve ever worked with. I’ve had my furry family moved from one place to another never finding “the right fit”. Have you ever had that feeling deep down that screams “oh yeah, this is the right place and people”? Well, I’m happy to say that my 2 dogs and 1 cat are now happily loved and looked after at Lock One Animal Hospital! Thank you so very much for taking such good care of my family… you have us for life! Dr. Geoff, hats off to you and your amazing team of professionals!!!

We took our puppy in for her first exam and vaccine today. We are new to this Clinic. We were VERY impressed with the Dr, and the reception staff. The office was clean and organized. Our dog felt so comfortable she fell asleep on the exam table. Everything was explained, and a proper time allowed for any questions we had. It was a comfortable experience.

My Buddy is a new patient here I have always went to another vet with all my animals. I am so happy I made the change with my Buddy everyone their is nice and Buddy's vet actually gave my dog an exam checked him over answerd any questions I had and was very caring towards us. I'm happy to have found a great place for my Lab Bud.

We recently switched to Lock One Animal Hospital and we are so glad we did. All of the staff have been so incredibly kind, caring, and friendly. One of our dogs went in for a dental surgery and we had a wonderful experience from first consultation to follow up care. They were upfront about costs and detailed in post surgery care. We highly recommend this vets office!
