Had a really great first experience here. Staff was super friendly, both over the phone and in-person. We arrived a few minutes before our appointment and the team at Valley was ready for us, we didn't have to wait at all. The vet was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions over a broad list of concerns. Puppy got a surprise present, and prices were reasonable, made opting for the best care choices for the pupper easy to make without feeling like we had to trade her health for our money. 10/10, Absolutely will be coming back here as a regular.

We have been taking our dog, River, here for eight years. They have taken great care of her. They are always accommodating and available for emergencies and every day concerns. Everyone, including the veterinarians, vet techs, and front desk representatives are friendly, professional, and care for my dog. I would highly recommend Valley Vet.

The vet here is very kind and worked with my nervous Australian Shepherd Valiant super well. Valiant was spoiled with treats and peanut butter which helped make his exam positive for him.

We reached out to Valley Vet as we were looking for end of life services for our cat, Bandit. We were so touched by the compassion that the entire team showed us there while we were there during that emotional time. We kindly received follow-up letters from the staff honouring Bandits memory. We would definitely recommend Valley Vet for the thoughtfulness and care they showed our cat and us.
