We have been seeing Dr. Katie for many years with all of our bad good dogs and boy oh boy, have we ended up with some lemons. Dr. Katie has always taken the best care of all of them and us through all these years, fostering trust and a positive environment. We recently had an emergency situation and met Dr. Jackie for the first time, where we suddenly had to send our Sweetest Pete over the rainbow bridge. Dr. Jackie was very clear with our options, and delivered the hardest news with the most grace, compassion and kindness throughout the entire time. The entire staff took such good care of our gals last visit and also such good care of us, as always. If 6 stars were a thing, we’d give them 7. Thank you, GRV team!

My dog Kaya and I had an excellent experience here. She had a ruptured cranial cruciate ligament and Dr. Tom Gibson performed the surgery. Not only is she recovering very well but I was extremely impressed with the very thorough and attentive service that Dr. Gibson and his team gave both of us. He is available for questions and made me feel 100% confident in his ability to get us a great outcome. He was also highly recommended by a number of professionals in the industry.

Dr. Jackie is the kindest person/medical professional I have ever dealt with. She is extremely professional, compassionate and thorough. After transferring from a vet office I had a couple poor experiences with, I will now never go anywhere else! I never felt like my concerns were too much for bringing my kitten in. She calmed me down completely, and created an action plan. Thank you to the Grand River Vet team for their services. I am so happy I found them.

AWFUL, if you care about your pet, think twice about this outfit. They only care about $$$, not your pet. If I could only go back in time to pick another vet! You have a choice, think twice! Watch out for the mouthy receptionist, the vets don't honor their word! shameful!

Been a long standing customer, it’s unfortunate that not all team members there have the same approach and consideration for the well being of their patients. Improvements could be done with listening to customers needs and concerns and weighing the risks of a potential situation vs going with a standard operating procedure as the only alternative.
