Dr. Melanie and her team are one of the best Veterinary Hospitals I have ever dealt with for the care of my cats. I had to euthanize my 18 year old cat Millie recently and they couldn't have been more compassionate or caring for Millie's comfort and mine. They go above and beyond to take care of any animal they provide care for. It's worth the 45 minute drive to know my animals are getting the best care. We had Dr. Langley whom my dog just loved, as did we. My dog Nana Bear was in great pain and had a fever from infection. She took her time with her and us before taking her back for treatment. All the staff were amazing, the vet tech, front desk…. Couldn’t be happier with them.

The entire staff was so kind and caring to us and our dog. We are not regular patients there; we called with a bit of an emergency while away from home and they were able to fit us in. We had such a good feeling from the moment we walked into the clinic. We were blown away with how thorough they were, how reassuring, and the doctor explained things to us so clearly and patiently. She was very gentle and caring when examining our older dog. We can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond for us today. Such a special place!

We cannot thank Bracebridge Animal Hospital enough! They are absolutely wonderful from the time you arrive to your leaving and even call to check on our pup’s progress. We can only dream of getting that care ourselves! LOL! They are also very helpful with submitting our Trupanion insurance claims so that we only pay the difference when possible. Bracebridge Animal Hospital with Dr Melanie Sigetich and her team are first class. We have had two wonderful dogs in our lifetime and Bracebridge Animal Hospital has by far been the best experience. Riley our dog does not even hesitate to go into the office.

This Animal Hospital is wonderful. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that the vet listened to my concerns and offered multiple options and suggestions for my dogs situation. I was reassured that the process I chose was the best one for my little girl. Everyone was so patient and caring, and I was extremely happy with the whole visit. It was a great experience.
