I've had a better experience with Imperial Road Animal Hospital than with any other vet clinic! The administrative staff are all very helpful and quick to get back to you via email or phone. The vets and vet techs all are extremely kind and knowledgeable; you can tell that they are passionate about animal welfare and care deeply about each animal that comes through their doors. Also, the prices here are better than other nearby clinics. I'm thrilled to have my dog as a patient here.

Mom and I had to take her little dog Spike yesterday and seen Dr Vink-Taylor...what a lovely and compassionate person. It was a difficult day for us and we really appreciated the kindness of everyone at the clinic

Imperial Road Animal Hospital has been there for us through all the ups and downs of pet ownership. Dr. Kat is our main vet, and we can’t say enough good things about her. When we had a declining dog, she walked us through all of our options—one focused on achieving the best possible outcome, one that was more budget-conscious, and a balanced middle ground. She’s incredibly patient-focused, taking the time to explain her thought process and the reasoning behind her recommendations. When Dr. Kat has been unavailable, we’ve also worked with other vets at the clinic, and they’ve been just as compassionate and helpful. Beyond the veterinarians, the ENTIRE staff is amazing. Liam at the front desk is fantastic—he even texts appointment reminders, which is so convenient. I also really appreciate that you can text their office line with non-urgent questions. Overall, I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The care and attention they provide are unmatched.
