While the staff was very kind and I don't necessarily blame them for my experience but it was terrible. They arrived late and there was already a long line when the event started. After almost two hours, it was finally our turn. They could not get the blood draw from one of my pups, probably because she hadn't had anything to drink for hours. If I were to do it again, I would bring water and snacks for them, I just didn't expect to be there for more then an hour. The most infuriating part (hence the one star) is they will not provide the heartworm script to the pharmacy I'm using until they get the results back however, if I had purchased the heartworm from them when I was there, I could have left with it that day for the pups that did get their blood drawn. The event was held at Tractor Supply, which is where I'm purchasing the heartworm meds from - with a significant discount.

Really nice group of people. A bit disorganized in getting set up and checked in. They didn't arrive on time and kept asking us to pre-register even though the website states that the location doesn't accept pre-registration.
