Animal Medical Clinic at St. Johns

I was referred to Dr. Lisa Hill by my original vet’s staff on a Saturday morning when I needed urgent care. Although their office was open, the vet was not working, which was frustrating—especially after two visits that week, nearly $700 spent on blood work and X-rays, and still no diagnosis. Animal Medical Clinic – St. Johns was a completely different experience. They scheduled me within the hour, and after I had my cat’s records sent over, I arrived to find an exceptionally clean, professional, and welcoming environment. Dr. Hill was incredibly kind and caring, immediately examining my cat and taking an X-ray. In less than 20 minutes, she found the issue and recommended a course of treatment. Within 24–48 hours, my cat was remarkably better. Every step of the way, costs were explained upfront, and there were no surprises—just quality, compassionate care. I now have a new veterinarian and I highly recommend Dr. Hill and her team at Animal Medical Clinic – St. Johns!

My friend recommended Dr Hills office as soon as she met my new puppy, and I’m so glad she did. As soon as I walked in, I felt like a lifelong customer and family friend. The staff was amazingly attentive and so kind to my puppy. Dr Hill blew me away with her thoroughness in explaining everything to me. I’ve had dogs my entire life, (and I ain’t no spring chicken) and no one has ever explained to me the details behind what to expect after a puppy vaccine, and the whys, and the what to do’s, in such detail. She was so easy to talk to and I know my puppy is in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. Hill, and her team!

Great team! Dr. Ashley and Everyone I had contact with were professional and considerate to me and my senior cat at all times. The clinic itself was clean and well kept. All the members of the team I encountered were friendly and polite. I know my girl can be a handful, so a big thank you for your patience and especially for treating our little one with the respect she deserves.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Animal Medical Clicic St Johns! As a new client with a sick kitty, I couldn’t imagine bringing my animals to any other place now! They were able to get my cat in quickly in the morning after I called (even on a surgery day). As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. The technicians were so caring and took such good care of my cat. You could feel the love and passion they have for animals instantly! Test results, treatment, and pricing was all communicated very clearly up front and explained in detail so I didn’t have additional questions. My cat is on the mend because of the support and love she received from Animal Medical Clinic St Johns! We will definitely be returning and will be using Dr Hills and her staff as our primary vet from now on!

Dr Hill has been keeping my senior dog healthy for a long time. She is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She takes the time to explain things very well. Dr Ashley and all of the staff are very helpful and friendly.
