I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I am so impressed with how quickly they were able to schedule me to come in with my cat. Manager Sharon helped make a very stressful situation way less stressful thanks to her amazing attitude, it is very clear she loves what she does and she is dedicated to helping animals and their owners. I was treated with so much compassion and kindness from everyone I encountered, I am very thankful for the team here.

Dr Keener, Sharon and staff have been extraordinary throughout our experiences with them. We found a stray who needed extensive vet care for worms and severe wounds she had all along her back. Their care, manner with her, and support have helped us to get this young dog on the road to recovery.

This is my fur baby Pandora who is the most important soul to me. I feel compelled to share my deeply concerning experience with the veterinary care provided by Keener. As a responsible pet owner, I entrusted my pregnant golden retriever to him, only to witness a series of alarming missteps that put my dog and her puppies at unnecessary risk which raises the question on if he should be in this practice or most importantly is he in it for the money or for the true care of the animals he sees in the room? First and foremost, it is disheartening that proper protocols were not followed to confirm my dog's pregnancy as I had expressed greatly that I wasn’t sure what was going on as I am not licensed. Instead, Keener proceeded to administer oxytocin to induce labor without conducting the necessary tests to ensure the timing was appropriate. This premature induction had potential repercussions for my dog and her puppies' health and development. Which raises the question of what an exam fee is for when no proper examination was conducted? Moreover, the main issue for why I went in was due to her third eyelids coming out, Keener was not knowledgeable on this and couldn’t help. Then Keener really pushed for an unnecessary c-section when there’s 2 things with a c-section, one, a c-section is usually performed for dogs who are small and also are bred with a bigger dog, two, golden retrievers are rare for c-sections unless it’s severe which it wasn’t. This situation further emphasizes the lack of attention and understanding displayed during the visit. In stark contrast, when I sought assistance from an emergency hospital, their highly skilled staff promptly recognized the issue with my dog's eyes, providing an accurate diagnosis right away. They gave me a significant amount of knowledge about oxytocin, the entire labor process as well as determining instantly she was not in labor, and by making sure Pandora and her babies were truly healthy and not in danger. This striking disparity in expertise and attentiveness raises serious concerns about the quality of care provided by Keener. It is profoundly disappointing to think that my dog's well-being was jeopardized for the sake of profit. As a pet owner, I expected compassionate and knowledgeable care for my beloved companion, not a disregard for her safety and the lives of her puppies. I hope that my review will serve as a cautionary tale for others seeking veterinary care as my experience highlights significant lapses in professionalism and an apparent disregard for the lives entrusted to his hands.. It is my sincere wish that Keener reflects on this experience and takes the necessary steps to improve his protocols and prioritize the well-being of their animal patients. Besides him, the only pro I’ve had was Sharon. She has such a beautiful soul and truly cares about your animals and even is pretty knowledgeable with the information she gives you. Sharon should be the one running a clinic.

Will definitely be coming back here for the ongoing future. The vet assistant was nice and Dr. Jonathon Keener was very informative. I trust them both with the care of my little baby.

Vet Tech Sharon & Dr. Keener were both very kind and compassionate. My Thomas isn't doing very well. He doesn't like anyone, including me, picking him up. He didn't even grumble at her when she picked him up. Thank you so much for being so caring.
