Dr. Brown and her staff were all very friendly. They addressed all my concerns and advised me of their proposed treatment plan for my cat's back pain. Aside from being very expensive, they were great about communicating and updating be throughout the process. As a medical professional myself, I can say that Dr. Brown uses a multi-modal pain management strategy, similar to what we use in human patients. The results of her approach were great because they attack the pain in multiple ways, instead of just covering it up temporarily with narcotics. Thankfully, my cat is doing much better. My only complaint would be that their prices are a bit excessive. However, I love my kitty like family and I've already nearly died rescuing him from a house fire years ago. So, if I'm willing to die for the cat, I'm certainly willing to spend whatever is needed to make him healthy and act more like himself!
