I recommend Benitez Hospital because they truly care for all fur babies and their parents. I would have given a Google review 2 months ago but sadly I was and am still mourning the loss of my furbaby Rocco. Rocco was and will always be a part of my and my family’s life. Rocco was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Benitez doctors and staff made sure Rocco had the right treatment to prolong his health and life. After two years with Rocco battling this disease his big little heart gave in. I would like to personally thank Charlie who was truly empathetic, compassionate and patient. He and the doctors were so sweet to me and Rocco. They made the process smooth and heartfelt. I would also like to personally thank Nury for always being patient with me and supporting us along the way. I am a true believer that God always places the right people along the way. Charlie, another very nice young man and the doctor helped me with the euthanizing and cremation of Rocco. It was extremely painful however they made it a smooth process. 🙏🏼 God is good and there is not a day that goes by that I don’t think of Rocco. 🐶💕 Thank you Benitez Hospital and thanks to the all of the staff members. 🙏🏼

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! My first visit was on Sept 20,2025 with my dog. I brought him in for a cold which they recommended multiple that were not in my budget to approx. $670.85 of exams. I did other tests and they helped me and sent me antibiotics which helped him with the cold , i paid $280.00. Then i went again on Nov 5 2025, my dog had a red ball in his pipi and he also had a cough again they put the ball back in and they did radiography this time around as recommended by the doctor in order to be able to determine the cough issue. They determined his traquea was to narrow which caused him this coughing. According to the doctor since they had this in record it would be easier for the next visit since they already had this on file. I call on Saturday because my dog has a cold again to see if i had to take him in again since they already had this diagnose of him and the lady who answered the phone was very rude she told me there's nothing she could do i had to take him in because the medications they sent were not for cold so all this time they have been lying to me on my dogs condition to take money from us. My mom went with the dog today 1/12/26 to see if they would send him the antibiotics and they told her that they had to clean his teeth and be tested for infections estimating approx. $1,000.00 this is ridiculous besides they didn't help they charged 40.00 for the visit and the professionalism was terrible they insulted her called her an idiot no respect for the customers. I wouldn't recommend or go ever again this is not how you treat customers who trust you with their pets. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY!! AND NOT ONLY THAT THEY SAY LIES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE ALL ALONG I BEEN THINKING THE ANTIBIOTICS THEY SEND ME WAS FOR THE COLD WHILE THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME IT WASNT WHICH ON THE RECEIPTS CLEARLY YOU CAN SEE THE MEDICATION WAS GIVEN DURING BOTH VISITS

The team at benitez animal hospital really came through when my dog was bit by another dog and had a large wound by his chest. The entire team gave my dog the attention that they needed while I waited and thankfully he's recovering comfortably. Additionally the pricing that I was given was very courteous especially in my time of need. I really appreciate working with these guys and I will be back! Thanks so much

I can’t say enough great things about Benitez Animal Hospital! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. Dr. Hugo was incredibly kind and patient, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood all of Remy’s needs. I recently rescued my Frenchie, Remy, just two months ago, so having a vet who truly cares means the world to me. Nuri and Charlie were also wonderful! Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for animals really stood out. They made the whole visit smooth and stress-free, both for me and for Remy. It’s such a relief knowing my pup is in the hands of such a compassionate and knowledgeable team. I’m so grateful to have found this hospital and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the very best care for their pets.

Dr. Benítez provided absolutely excellent service! They operated on my little dog and everything went perfectly. She was treated very quickly and had surgery the same day. Thanks to their fast and professional care, they saved her from the infection she had. I 100% recommend them!
