I used Banfield pet hospital services since 2016 with my previous dog and also recommended to a lot of friends. Now my daughter had a new pet and by my suggestion we enrolled her (the dog) in this office for a plan. But now that we required a vet service today I get in shock for the UNPROFESSIONAL way Dr Juan Carlos Santandreu treat our dog , showing only more concern for the money that for the real needs of our pet. He showed more interest in trying to convince us to opt for very expensive services or to buy medicines only from the pharmaceutical companies he recommended. We had to insist on numerous occasions for the prescription and he even dared to leave the office and make mocking comments and he did not come back and only sent his assistant who finished serving us very kindly, as we would have wanted from the beginning. With the prestige and respect that Banfield pet hospital has always had, I believe that doctors who act like this do more harm than good and drive away regular clients or potential clients for the future. Our pets should not be treated only as numbers or form of income, they deserve much more.

Very helpful and respectful staff. It’s my first time coming to Banfield Pet Hospital and very satisfied with their services and hospitality. I brought my elderly Maltese in for a check up and they were very helpful and communicated everything with me. Excellent care.

They’re always very sweet and patient with my dog, she’s happy to come, not anxious or anything because the staff is so friendly. They always have good advise about what kinds of foods to give them and other day to day stuff

My dog Eboni had 2 masses removed by Dr. Lorente recently and it was a great experience. He called me with updates and was very attentive and patient with all my questions. He is a great doctor! The staff is also amazing.. very friendly and helpful! I would recommend him and Banfield to anyone!
