I cannot say enough good things about the care Frank received here. After taking my dog to two different vets and still feeling uncertain about what he needed, we finally found this team and it made all the difference. Dr. Quintero was excellent. From the moment we walked in it was clear Frank wasn’t just another patient to them. They treated him like part of their own family. Dr. Quintero took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I understood every step of Frank’s treatment and his splenectomy. The staff were just as wonderful. Every person we interacted with was warm, patient, and clearly cared about Frank as much as we do. They kept me updated, answered my calls and questions without ever making me feel rushed, and handled Frank with so much gentleness and love. You could tell this is a team that genuinely loves animals. The surgery went well but what really stood out was the aftercare. The follow up and attention after the splenectomy were outstanding. The staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely committed to Frank’s recovery and comfort. I never felt like I was going through it alone. Going through something like this with a pet you love is incredibly stressful, and having a vet team you can trust completely means everything. Dr. Quintero and the whole staff gave Frank exactly the kind of care I had been hoping to find. I’m so grateful and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for treating Frank like family.
