We went in Saturday morning at 10am. The front desk lady was rude the moment we walked in. They made us fill out some paper work and asked us to wait in the car with a pregnant dog. We wait in the car and literally 12:14 to tell us we have 1 more person in front of us. Mind you we left and saw a different vet. How the hell you expect my dog do sit in the car 3 hours. Rude and unprofessional. SMH

The staff here really loves pets! They are considerate with my dog (who was abused before we adopted him) and very skittish and sometimes a lil agressive with folks he doesn't know. Going to the vet is hard on him especially now that he is getting up there in age. Dr Martinez and his crew were very patient and kind to him yesterday when we went. Even suggested some anti-inflamation meds to help him be more comfortable since he has arthritis. Thank you guys!

The Doc and their team were amazing. We had such a scare a while back when my dog was hurt and the Aardvark team was so quick to get things done and make sure me and my mother was updated on the whole process. One of their assistants, Liliana, was so nice and understanding of our stress. She really made me feel like my fur babies were going to be well taken care of. It was the most calm I have ever been. Would recommend 100%
