I’ve been taking my dog to the Bartow low-cost animal clinic for several years now. We’ve only needed annual check ups and shots until we didn’t. I would give 10 stars to everyone at Bartow Low Cost Animal Clinic. Today, my 16-year-old Yorkie had surgery to remove a growth in his mouth, along with multiple teeth extractions. We were given straightforward options and thorough information about the risks and considerations for a dog his age, which helped us make an informed decision to proceed. From start to finish, we were treated with genuine respect and compassion by the office staff, technicians, and the veterinarian. We truly felt our dog was in very caring and capable hands. I honestly don’t think he could have received better care anywhere else. The bonus to this high level of service, is the “low cost”. There is a good reason it’s in part of the Clinic‘s name.

I definitely recommend this location. They are truly professional and super sweet employees ❤️ they do amazing work and have affordable prices .anyone who has a pet i recommend this location it's so worth it .5 stars 🌟. Ty to all the staff and Dr's for all your help and assistance. Have a wonderful holiday

Place was closed due to no power! This is the best vet EVER!! Couldn't help power was out. Please change my review. Beyond 5 stars!! The vet and staff were awesome!! My go to vet for sure!!! Amanda, Brenda and Dr. Ertel were very caring and treated my cat like FAMILY!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!!!‼️😁🥰

Even though I was unable to receive a check up or my dog 🐕 seen the two receptionist in front were so helpful, kind and professional. Even though they were booked solid, They gave me advice and helped me troubleshoot what was the problem with my dog as much as they could have. This allowed me to feel comfortable enough to be at ease and return home knowing my dog was ok and going to pass this scare of her eating raisins.

I would not recommend. I took my cat in with symptoms of a uti. They examined her for less than 20 seconds. Didn’t do a urinalysis and told me they’ll “trust my judgment”. Even though with a uti they need to know the specific bacteria she has… they said “it’s no problem”. The doctor didn’t say his name, they injected her with antibiotics (they were good with my cat, as she’s a crazy one). After the injection the doctor says “we’re done here” doesn’t give me any information on the antibiotic, when it will work, any side effects, what to do if it doesn’t work, nothing. And as of now, my cat still has a uti, shocker. This place cost me $140 and they didn’t even examine her. Won’t be back
