Overall it was a good experience. I would have been a 5 star if the veterinarian was friendly and informative. Im pretty sure she didn’t even look me in the face even once or talk directly to me, that was disappointing. I had to ask if my kittens looked overall healthy and their sex. She barely said a couple words. I gave it 4 stars because the techs & billing staff were great.

This clinic is awesome. The workers are amazing, when i thought i was a couple dollars short for my cats shots they offered me some coupons and also to pay for it. Super sweet and kind 10/10 will go again.

Yall should be ashamed and embarrassed to run a vet clinic there (Bartow Fl). You’re in the back of the store in the back storage room with junk and it’s dirty. You have a fold up table with a dirty pad on it for the pets to stand on. What a joke. Not to mention the entire building does not have air conditioning. I can’t believe so many take their pets there. I have been to other vet clinics within Tractor supply and they were actual clinics. This place is not even sterile. I’m reporting you to The Florida Board of Veterinary Medicine.
