This place is so amazing! These people are so friendly, happy and kind. I took my cat in and had my two babies with me and they treated us all so well. They grabbed crayons for my kids and offered to help with the cat carrier. A lot of places treat you poorly because you have kids with you. The confidence and knowledge of the vets here make you feel right away you are in the right place. This place was so helpful and kind to my cat and addressed all of our concerns about our cat. The pricing is absolutely fair and parking is a breeze. Good people make good places! Thanks for helping us with our cat! We look forward to doing business for all of our animal needs/health here.

I just want to say thank you to all the office workers,nurses and doctors at Chappell animal clinic for taking care and looking out for our German shepherd Rex for 8 years. As well, I am extremely appreciative for warm words said to my family when Rex passed away.

This is by far the BEST vet/hospital I've ever been to. I've only used 6 in my life from WI to ID to CO and Chappelle is my favorite bar none. The doctors perform surgery and it's done very well, very cleanly, it's high quality work from what I've seen on my dog. Obviously, it's not only doctors performing work, they have assistance from their staff and so this speaks to the doctors and their staff at this business, they really take pride in doing their job extremely well. All the staff is always very friendly too. The front desk staff, the vet tech staff, all of them are amazing. We drive 40 minutes and pass many other veterinarians to take our dog here just because we love it so much. We've considered going elsewhere that is closer, but, after discussing it, we're just so happy with the service we receive from Chappelle. Thank you to Chappelle for always taking such great care of our furry 4-legged family member!

I couldn’t ask for a better clinic to be able to take my dogs to. Both the staff and clinicians are exceptional. In a difficult industry, they’re still compassionate and communicative and my dogs actually enjoy walking in the door of the clinic! I especially enjoy the updates if I ever have to leave one of the dogs for the day. It means a lot- thank you, Chappelle!

THIS is how veterinary care should be!! Beautiful campus with plenty of room to roam a little pre-appointment to do business and schnoofel all the smells. Efficient check-in process and very little wait time to be seen. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make the availability and appointment setting a breeze! Vet tech was personable and made the process comfortable. Veterinarian came to us in the exam room and was very friendly. She was down to earth, very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and completed a thorough exam. I highly recommend Chappelle Small Animal Hospital and will return if/whenever needed. Thank you for a great, no sales pitch experience!!
