My vet for the last 8 year's. They really care about my dog and Dr Shackleford became a good friend after he helped my boy with a tumor surgery. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Shackleford and his support staff are very knowledgeable, nice, and caring. You can tell that they truly love pets! They always take the time to explain issues and they are not overpriced.

Dr. Shackleford is the most companionate and knowledgeable vet I have ever had the pleasure to take our dogs and cats to. He has been a joy to be around for regular visits and helped us when it was time to let our 18 year old cat go over the rainbow bridge. He made sure she was comfortable and treated her with so much respect and cried with us afterwards. He walks you through everything he does and explains every option fully and doesn't push the most expensive treatments like I have experienced with other vets. They are very reasonable price wise. More importantly to me the whole staff is wonderful and you can tell they truly love helping animals.
